This month of July, we celebrate the "NUTRITION MONTH CELEBRATION." The theme is "SA PAGKAING TAMA AT SAPAT WASTONG TIMBANG NI BABY ANG KATAPAT."
Every one's mind, know how our health is very important. Talking about health is one of the most serious matter we have to consider. Because, health is the soundness of any living organism. Health is also the general condition of the body or mind, as to vigor and soundness. So we must take good care of our health by eating healthy foods. Food is very important to us in our everyday life. Because, food is that which is eaten or drunk or absorbed for the growth and repair of organisms and the maintenance of life. In the popular sense, whatever one eats in contradistinction to what one drinks, food is. We eat food because our body needs to grow, develop and work properly. Most foods contain a number of different nutrients. Nutrients are grouped into 6 categories; carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, mineral and water. Our body also needs enough sleep, rest and exercise.
So we must take good care of our health and we must eat regularly. So that we can do all the different activities and make us a healthy person and be far from sickness.
